1.6 - Public Property

The following are classified as public property or place

  • Crown lands utilised for recreational or public use, such as parks, gun clubs, car parks, theatres, stadiums etc;

  • A public vehicle, ship, or boat.

  • Any market or place of public resort;

  • Any open place to which the public whether upon or without payment for admittance have or are permitted to have access, such as retail stores.

Breaches to be investigated by law enforcement and/or the Board of Directors. A Courts officer may decide to impose any penalty deemed appropriate, including fines and jail time.
