1.12 - Proceeds of Crime

'Proceeds of crime’ refer to money and or property (Other than real estate or vehicles) reasonably believed to have been gained from the commission of a crime

The person deals with money or properties (other than real estate or vehicles) and one of the following is established;

• The money or property is used in the commission of a crime; or

• The money or property is derived from committing a crime; or

Punishment

Failure to pay will result in the suspension or removal of the businesses' licence.
