1.17 - Employees

Employees of registered businesses are individual's who fulfill one or more of the following conditions:

  • Has an agreement with an employer to perform tasks or services.

  • Engages in duties as directed by an employer.

  • Receives wages, salary or any other forms of compensation or special treatment for work.

  • Uses equipment or resources provided by an employer.

Penalties and Punishments

Punishment

Failure to pay will result in the suspension or removal of the businesses' licence.
