1.0 Controlled Substances

For the purposes of this section, controlled substances are any of the following substances:

  • LSD, Heroin, Magic Mushrooms & Morphine (Class A); or

  • Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Opium, MDMA; or

  • Cannabis/Marijuana, Ketamine (Class C).

For each of the controlled substances a unit should be considered to be:

  • LSD (Tab), Heroin (Bag), Magic Mushroom (Unit), Morphine (Syringe);

  • Methamphetamine (Bag), Cocaine (Bag), Opium (Bag), MDMA (Tab);

  • Cannabis/Marijuana (Ounce Bag), Ketamine (5ml Vial).

Penalties and Punishments

Punishment

Breaches to be investigated by Business Executives and submitted to Board of Directors for review. For serious or repeat offenders, a senate officer may decide to impose any penalty deemed appropriate, including demotion, dismissal and jail
