An organization (Individual or group) or enterprising entity that engages in professional, commercial or industrial activities.

Professional, commerical, or industrial activities can include:

  • Regular efforts to sell/exchange goods or services.

  • The establishment of branding and/or use of marketing to attract consumers.

  • Any activities that are carried out with the primary goal of earning profit to support an organisation.

  • Hiring of employees.

Organisations engaging in the aforementioned activites are considered legal entities and can be subject to penalties for any offences committed.

Breaches to be investigated by law enforcement and/or the Board of Directors. A courts officer may decide to impose any penalty deemed appropriate, including fines and jail time.
