1.3 - Government Agents

A person employed by the Government of Eclipse City including but not limited to

  • State Government Departments and Offices (Department of Justice, Board of Directors, Judicial Officers)

  • Eclipse City Federal Police;

  • Eclipse City Police Force;

  • Eclipse City Protective Services;

  • Eclipse City Ambulance Service;

  • Eclipse City Fire and Rescue

Additionally, Government Agents may be further subdivided into Law Enforcement Officers and Emergency Services Officers. These are:

Law Enforcement Officers: An officer of the Eclipse City Police Force, Federal Police. Emergency Services Officers: An officer of the Eclipse City Police Force, Federal Police.

Penalties and Punishments

Punishment

Breaches to be investigated by law enforcement and/or the Board of Directors. A Courts officer may decide to impose any penalty deemed appropriate, including fines and jail time.
