6.3 Communication

  1. You must have a microphone and communicate in English.

  2. All in character communication must be done in-server using VOIP and not over a third party app like Discord.

  3. The only exceptions are the Eclipse City in the ‘in character’ areas such as the notice board, and in officially sanctioned faction Discords such as the LEO and EMS Discord servers.

  4. Players may use voice changers but they must be good quality. They must be appropriate for the setting.

  5. Asking questions such as ‘where is everyone’ or trying to metagame may result in disciplinary action.

  6. The exception is when a communication is marked ‘announcement’ or ‘advertisement’ on the phones.
