4.3 Kicks and Warnings

1. Kicks for Certain Infractions Depending on the situation and severity of the rule break, staff may issue a server kick. A kick does not always mean a ban but is a formal removal from the session due to misconduct or unresolved issues.

2. Check Discord After Being Kicked If you are kicked, you should immediately check the Eclipse City Discord. Staff may have opened a ticket to speak with you regarding the incident.

3. Two Types of Warnings Eclipse City uses both informal and formal warnings to address player behaviour.

4. Informal Warnings Informal warnings are used for minor infractions. These may be delivered through Discord DMs, in-server messages, or red screen notifications. They act as a quick reminder to correct behaviour without escalating the situation.

5. Formal Warnings Formal warnings are issued through staff portals. These are written, documented warnings. They serve as an official record of misconduct.
