4.5 - Unlawful Search of Vehicle

Possession can be defined by the following:

• Government agents must not search a private vehicle without satisfying reasonable grounds, outlined in

  In situations where an officer has reasonable grounds to search a person, they may also search vehicles owned/operated by the person, in their vicinity.

Alleged breaches of contract should be brought before a court for review. A courts officer may then impose penalties on the party at fault.
