4.4 - Unlawful search of property

Government agents must not search a property without satisfying reasonable grounds.

Vehicles stored on the property are not included in the search unless stated on a warrant or with reasonable grounds.

Punishment

Breaches to be investigated by law enforcement and/or the Board of Directors. A Courts officer may decide to impose any penalty deemed appropriate, including fines and jail time.
