9.5 - Exemptions for Government Agencies

Officers of the Eclipse City Ambulance Services (Paramedics), Officers of the Eclipse City Police Force, Officers of the Protective Services and Officers of the Federal Police are exempt from Aviation and Road & Traffic laws provided;

• The actions are reasonable.

• The actions are performed in the execution of their lawful duty.

Test for Reasonable: A person of reasonable firmness, whether present or not in the circumstance would agree that the actions were appropriate and necessary.
