9.2 - Powers of the Court

The Courts of Eclipse City and any other subordinate courts as they are created.

The Law Courts are staffed by a Chief Justice, and additional Justices, Judges and Magistrates as required. Together they are known as Judicial Officers.

The Law Courts may, and may refuse to adjudicate on matters concerning the law, and may award costs, damages, warrants and orders as they see fit.

Judicial Officers have the power to make legal decisions based on the spirit of the law and common sense.
