3.7 - Registered Business

All businesses must have a valid license issued by the Board of Directors to legally operate. Organisation’s acting as a business without a license may be subject to substantial penalties payable by the unregistered organisation's owner.

Upon registering a fee must be paid to the Board of Directors, this fee will vary proportionally to the size of the newly registered business.

Breaches to be investigated by law enforcement and/or the Board of Directors. A Courts officer may decide to impose any penalty deemed appropriate, including fines and jail time.
