3.3 - Business Assets

Company assets must be accounted for and must not be used for reasons other than:

  • Paying of employee bonuses;

  • Paying for advertising and events;

  • Fulfilling contractual obligations;

  • In accordance with Board of Directors approval and/or directions.

Penalties and Punishments

Punishment

Breaches to be investigated by law enforcement and/or the Board of Directors. A courts officer may decide to impose any penalty deemed appropriate, including fines and jail time.
