3.2 - Annual Leave

  • Employees are entitled to up to 4 weeks of annual leave per calendar year. Employees must not be penalised for taking annual leave entitlements granted by this section.

  • Employers should exercise discretion to provide additional leave as required.

Breaches to be investigated by Business Executives and submitted to Board of Directors for review. For serious or repeat offenders, a senate officer may decide to impose any penalty deemed appropriate, including demotion, dismissal and jail
