3.4 - Executive Level

Executives must not:

  • Operate the business in a detrimental way to society;

  • Direct or encourage their organisation or its employees to commit offences;

  • Use the business to support criminal organisations;

  • Commit crimes other than traffic offences on or with business property.

Penalties and Punishments

Punishment

Breaches to be investigated by law enforcement and/or the Board of Directors. A Courts officer may decide to impose any penalty deemed appropriate, including fines and jail time.
