14.6 - Weapon Brandishing
A person must not openly carry a weapon (imitation or otherwise) in a public place, whether in their hands or strapped to their person, unless:
They physically possess the appropriate weapons license, and;
There is sufficient legal reasoning surrounding the use of the weapon.
Hunting rifles may only be used for lawful wildlife hunting purposes outside of populated areas
