14.5 - Firearms and Weapon Trafficking

A person must not traffic firearms. A person traffics firearms if they:

  • Are in possession of, 10 or more legal firearms (As shown in Definitions) or 5 or more prohibited weapons (including melee weapons).

  • Sell a firearm to another person who does not hold a valid firearms licence.

  • Sell a prohibited weapon to another individual.
