14.10 - Organising/Advertising illegal weapon distribution

A person must not advertise or attempt to organise the distribution of illegal weapons. This includes using phrases or terminology that attempt to conceal the true nature of those weapons.

Individuals are also liable to be charged with this offence if they are organising/advertising via personal electronic devices. Police may prosecute individuals who are positively identified engaging in this behavior.
