12.22 - Interference with Lawful Vehicle Seizure
A person must not interfere with a vehicle that has been lawfully marked for tow or seizure by police.
This includes tampering with clamps, tow operators failing to impound the vehicle correctly, attempting to move the vehicle or obstructing officers or tow operators.
