A person commits an offence if they intentionally or recklessly abandon, dispose of, or cause a vehicle to be abandoned or disposed of in a body of water.
For the purposes of this provision, "body of water" includes, but is not limited to, rivers, lakes, dams, reservoirs, oceans, wetlands, and any artificial or natural watercourse.
