8.1 - Organisation Outlaw Order
An individual who is a member of a gang subject to an organisation outlaw order must not violate the conditions outlined in the order. These conditions may include:
(1) Must not associate with 3 or more known members of the organisation
(2) Must not wear clothing associated with the organisation
(3) Must not congregate in known gang locations
The above conditions may be amended by the issuing Judge or Magistrate.
