7.8 - Organising/advertising narcotics distribution
A person must not advertise or attempt to organise the distribution of Class A/B/C narcotics. This includes using phrases or terminology that attempt to conceal the true nature of those narcotics.
Individuals are also liable to be charged with this offence if they are organising/advertising illegal narcotics via personal electronic devices. Police may prosecute individuals who are positively identified engaging in this behavior.
