2.6 - Discharging firearm from an aircraft

A person may only be airside at Los Santos International Airport (LSIA) if they possess a valid, physical aircraft licence or if they are accompanied by an aircraft licence holder. Each licence holder may accompany a maximum of three other individuals in the same vehicle. Unlicensed/unaccompanied individuals airside at LSIA are subject to a search as well as the penalties associated with this offence.

Any vehicles airside at LSIA must be stored or they may be searched and towed.

Fort Zancudo is a restricted military base, therefore a person within the bounds of the facility may be immediately charged with this offence regardless of whether they possess a valid aircraft licence or not. The offenders may also be searched.

Any vehicles on Fort Zancudo property may be searched.
