2.3 - Failure to maintain altitude
No aircraft is to fly below:
500ft over water;
1,500ft above ground level, over all populated area
1,000 ft above ground level, over other areas
Exemption is granted to aircraft belonging to or employed in service of the Crown, in the course of their official duties.
