7.7 - Drug Trafficking
A person must not traffic any class of drug.
A person traffics a controlled substance if they:
import or export the substance; or
manufacture, cultivate, or prepare the substance for supply or sale; or
possess equal to or more than a combined 500 units (As defined in D2) of narcotics.
If the operator of the vehicle cannot be identified, the registered owner is liable.
