13.10 - Terrorism

A person must not attempt to promote a political, religious or social agenda using extreme violence

Extreme violence includes but is not limited to (1) The use of explosives with the intention to cause mass harm (2) Mass murder, with a vehicle or otherwise (3) Targeted killings of high profile members of government or society

The offender may only be convicted by a judicial officer
